The Basics

Our basic package provides you with the necessities to keep your company running smoothly. This consists of four simple services that we perform on a monthly and daily basis.

During your initial consultation, the first thing The Back Office LLC does is ascertain the unique needs of your venture, and any aspects you may be struggling with the most. With this information, we decide on a path that will lead you to your financial goals.

This package includes the monthly duties of compiling account lists, finances for up to four accounts, and general ledger management. We also perform the daily task of your customer relationship management.

Plus Package

Our Plus Package is one step above the basic. It covers the same services, although the financial account's maximum is raised to six, rather than four.

In addition to the basics, we'll also handle your accounts payable. Specifically, we will process, file and pay your company's sales tax returns on a monthly basis. On top of this, your monthly loan management will be taken care of., including interest tracking and payments.

The Complete Plan

 Our comprehensive, all-inclusive package. This plan will take care of every daily, weekly, and monthly bookkeeping function your business needs. Most importantly, it will free up your time to focus on the most important facets of your business and its operations.

The complete package encompasses everything included in the other plans, plus even more! To start, your maximum number of financial accounts is increased to twelve; double that of the Plus Package.

The Back Office LLC will also step in to manage all of your accounts payable and receivable on a weekly basis. This includes the processing and recording of all invoices, payments and vendor bills.

Not only does this package save you the most time, you can also count on the work to be detailed and accurate, ensuring that there are no problems down the line.
